- Skills in data analysis, modeling, and maintaining enterprise and solution-level data models
- Proficiency with structured and unstructured data, and experience with relational and graph databases
- Knowledge of cloud and on-prem Data Warehouse, Data Lake, and Lakehouse architectures
- Understanding of cloud architecture, operations, automation, and cost management – some cloud/data architect certifications (AWS and Azure) preferred
- Experience communicating complex ideas to non-technical audiences and collaboration with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to identify and address complex business challenges and opportunities across information, people, processes, and technology
- Customer-focused and commercially astute, with a drive to enhance the customer experience and present strategic concepts in a business context
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player, with experience in a fast-paced, multi-channel organisation, ideally in the finance sector
Benefits:

- Annual pay review and performance-related bonus of 12.5%
- 27 days holiday + bank holidays, with the option to buy/sell holidays
- Generous pension scheme with a 7.5% minimum employer pension contribution, matched up to a maximum of 9% depending on your contribution
- A range of health benefits, including company-funded Private Medical Insurance, an annual health assessment, and access to a 24/7 Virtual GP
- Tusker Car Scheme - salary sacrifice scheme which lets you drive away a brand new, fully maintained and insured car for up to four years
- A wealth of support for your mental, financial, and physical wellbeing through our Wellbeing group
