We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Halifax, Canada. As the first point of contact for clients, you will provide exceptional customer service, manage incoming calls, and handle administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet visitors and provide a positive experience.
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to relevant departments.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain office calendars.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset.
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with office software, such as Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced office environment.
Compensation Package:
