Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Associate to join our team at HGS. As a Technical Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through technical support and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers through inbound calls to resolve technical issues and provide product information.
  • Identify customer needs through active listening and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve internet issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Take a consultative approach with customers to resolve technical issues and provide recommendations.
  • Document customer interactions and outcomes in our system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service through exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
