Job Description

Job Title: Technical Support Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Technical Support Associate to join our team. As a Technical Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Your Impact: As a Technical Support Associate, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives by providing timely and effective solutions to their technical issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers through inbound calls to resolve technical issues and provide product recommendations.
  • Identify customer needs through active listening and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve internet issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Take a consultative approach with customers to resolve issues and provide a positive experience.
  • Document customer interactions and outcomes in our system.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Experience troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance metrics.
