Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Body Repair Shop Supervisor to join our team at BSG Tire & Lube Services Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, co-ordinating and scheduling activities, and training or arranging for training. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and a proven track record of leadership and management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of technicians and other staff members
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules and procedures
  • Train and develop the skills of technicians and other staff members
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet work schedules and deadlines
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
