Job Title: Automotive Body Repair Shop Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Body Repair Shop Supervisor to join our team at BSG Tire & Lube Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of body repair technicians to ensure efficient and high-quality repairs
  • Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Establish and maintain work schedules and coordinate activities with other work units
  • Train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the automotive body repair industry
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Work Environment:

This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week in a fast-paced automotive body repair shop environment.
