Job Title: Automotive Body Repair Shop Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Body Repair Shop Supervisor to join our team at BSG Tire & Lube Services Ltd.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising a team of workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, training or arranging for training, requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies, and establishing methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to meet deadlines and work schedules.
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other work units to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 40 hours per week.
