Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Delivery Drivers: Oversee a team of delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages to our customers.
  • Train and Develop Team Members: Provide training and coaching to delivery drivers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate Logistics: Coordinate with our warehouse team to ensure that packages are properly loaded and unloaded from vehicles.
  • Manage Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure that all company vehicles are properly maintained and in good working condition.
