Job Title: Delivery Drivers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Express Box Delivery Corp. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our delivery services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages.
  • Train and develop delivery drivers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure optimal use of resources and minimize delays.
  • Co-ordinate repairs and rentals of delivery vehicles.
  • Provide physical accessibility accommodations for customers with disabilities.
  • Participate in government or community programs that support persons with disabilities.
  • Offer mentorship and coaching opportunities to employees.
  • Provide awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment.
  • Recruit and hire new employees, including those with military experience.
  • Support the integration of newcomers and refugees into the workforce.
  • Support the employment of Indigenous people and provide cultural competency training.
  • Support the employment of mature workers and provide phased retirement options.
  • Support the employment of visible minorities and provide diversity and cross-cultural training.
