Job Title: Delivery Drivers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Delivery Drivers Supervisor to join our team at Express Box Delivery Corp. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising a team of delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of delivery drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of packages.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of delivery routes, schedules, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve delivery-related issues and improve overall operations.
  • Provide training and coaching to delivery drivers to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in a logistics or transportation company.
  • Strong knowledge of delivery operations, logistics, and transportation management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics, transportation, or a related field preferred.
