Job Description: Customer Experience Leader
The Customer Experience Leader is a key member of the store leadership team, responsible for leading and executing work that contributes to the store's operations and customer experience. You will work collaboratively with the team to inspire a customer-centric culture, bringing Indigo's mission to life through physical and online channels.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead daily store operations, customer experience, and visual standards
- Ensure the team is informed about products, promotions, and programs
- Support planning, prioritization, and execution of work
- Be responsible for facilities, maintenance, health, and safety, and loss prevention on shift
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service, merchandising, or operations
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional employee and customer experience
- Experience leading others and performance-oriented
- Able to exercise good business acumen and systemic thinking
- Ability to prioritize, plan, and execute while being agile
