About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Agent to join our team at Orca Realty Inc. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that our clients are satisfied with the service they receive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and Approve Leases

You will be responsible for negotiating and approving rental or lease agreements on behalf of our clients, ensuring that the terms of the agreements are met and that our clients receive the best possible return on their investment.

Manage Property Maintenance

You will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations to our properties, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

Monitor Progress and Costs

You will be responsible for monitoring the progress and costs of work on our properties, ensuring that our clients are aware of any issues or concerns that may arise.

Compile and Maintain Records

You will be responsible for compiling and maintaining records of operating expenses and income for our properties, ensuring that our clients have access to accurate and up-to-date information.

Prepare Reports

You will be responsible for preparing expense and income reports for our clients, ensuring that they are accurate and timely.

Respond to Client Inquiries

You will be responsible for responding to inquiries from our clients, ensuring that their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in property management is required.

Work Setting

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, and will be required to work a 35-hour week.

Transportation/Travel Information

A valid driver's license is required.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

You will be required to work in a large caseload environment, with a focus on attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.

Language

The primary language of this role is English.
