About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Management Agent to join our team at Orca Realty Inc. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and that our clients are satisfied with the service they receive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and Approve Leases

You will be responsible for negotiating and approving rental or lease agreements on behalf of our clients, ensuring that the terms of the agreements are met and that our clients receive the best possible return on their investment.

Manage Property Maintenance

You will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovations to our properties, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.

Monitor Progress and Costs

You will be responsible for monitoring the progress and costs of work on our properties, ensuring that our clients are informed and that any issues are addressed promptly.

Compile and Maintain Records

You will be responsible for compiling and maintaining records of operating expenses and income for our properties, ensuring that our clients have accurate and up-to-date information.

Prepare Reports

You will be responsible for preparing expense and income reports for our clients, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of the financial performance of their properties.

Respond to Client Inquiries

You will be responsible for responding to inquiries from our clients and tenants, ensuring that their needs are met and that any issues are addressed promptly.

Requirements
  • Education

A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Work Experience

At least 1 year of experience in property management or a related field is required.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure, and will need to be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Transportation

A valid driver's license is required.
