Job Summary

We are seeking a Licensed Automotive Technician to join our team at Volkswagen Downtown. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for inspecting, maintaining, and repairing vehicles to manufacturer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Detect and diagnose vehicle problems as per customer complaints.
  • Inspect and road test recently delivered vehicles.
  • Remain informed on Federal and Provincial Regulations and Municipal bylaws.
  • Notify the Service Consultant and Shop Foreman if additional work is required or repairs cannot be completed by the expected deadline.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Ontario G Driver's License.
  • Clear Driver's Abstract.
  • Technician's License.
  • Ontario College of Trades membership.
