Job Description

As a key member of the Olympus Canada team, the Customer Service Sales Team Lead will be responsible for leading and managing the daily activities of the customer service sales team, ensuring operational efficiencies and driving customer satisfaction. This role will work closely with the Customer Service Repair Leadership team to achieve and maintain industry-leading customer solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the customer service sales team to meet and exceed service level goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and sales, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. A bachelor's degree or equivalent knowledge and experience in the field is required.
