Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Richmond Hill Toyota. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading sales teams, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and team performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Identify and address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or customer service
  • Equivalent experience in a related field
Work Environment

Our sales floor is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will work with a diverse team of sales professionals. You will be required to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
