Job Title: Systems Analyst – Intermediate

Job Summary:

Donna Cona Inc. is seeking a skilled Systems Analyst – Intermediate to join our team. As a key member of our data governance team, you will work with our clients to create a Proof of Concept (POC) that aligns with their metadata strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to establish a data catalog and business glossary, tagging, and metadata necessary to meet the standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of data governance principles and apply them to real-world scenarios.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to identify and categorize data elements.
  • Utilize Microsoft Purview Data Catalog Portal to create and manage metadata.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop and implement data governance policies and procedures.
  • Communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders and provide training as needed.
  • Monitor and test data catalog functionalities and environments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data governance, metadata management, and data cataloging.
  • Strong understanding of data governance principles, data classification, and data policy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Excel, Purview, and SQL.
