Job Title: Truck Drivers Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Truck Drivers Supervisor to join our team at G&F TRANSPORT INC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recommend measures to improve work methods and optimize transportation routes
  • Supervise a team of truck drivers and monitor their performance
  • Train or arrange for training to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Dispatch bus drivers and monitor routes to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Monitor and operate signal and track switch control panel to ensure safe transportation
  • Co-ordinate and schedule activities to meet customer demands
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies to maintain a well-stocked fleet
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Team player with excellent communication skills
