Job Title: Senior Executive Director, Finance

Sun Life Financial is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Director, Finance to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our digital solutions and innovation efforts, driving business growth, and ensuring the effective management of our financial resources.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead a team of experienced professionals to deliver high-quality digital solutions and services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
  • Manage and optimize our financial resources to ensure effective use of our budget and resources.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a strong background in finance and technology.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency through digital transformation.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
