About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Executive Director, Finance to join our team at Sun Life Financial. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of our financial strategy, ensuring the company's financial goals are met, and providing strategic guidance to our business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Provide financial guidance and support to business units, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Manage and analyze financial data to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial planning and analysis, financial management, or a related field
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through financial strategy and planning
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of financial markets, trends, and regulatory requirements
