- Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop and maintain plans for IT disaster recovery and business continuity to minimize disruption and ensure timely recovery of critical systems and services.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in IT management, preferably in a higher education or academic setting.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing IT teams.
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity practices, and emerging technologies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with the ability to align IT initiatives with organizational goals and priorities.
