Chief Program Manager

Volunteer Manitoba is seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Program Evaluation Director. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining program monitoring and evaluation structures and needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage intake checklists to screen projects that meet the goals and outcomes required by Volunteer Manitoba and funding agencies.
- Manage questionnaires for projects that pass initial screening criteria.
- Develop reasonable project-specific monitoring and evaluation outcome structures and plans with support in collecting data.
- Research, interview, and obtain baseline information about our programs and projects to facilitate effective storytelling and evaluation.
- Support the Grants Director with program information to apply for grants and data/information necessary to fulfill reporting requirements.
- Expertise in development of evaluation plans, logic models, and monitoring plans.
- Understanding and willingness to learn about locally culturally relevant measures of success and ability to collect data at the project level while complying with funder requirements.
- Ability to coach and work with project partners in a supportive, non-prescriptive manner while staying on track for evaluation requirements.
