**Job Summary**

Brandt is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Transportation Support team as the Director of Customer Support - Transportation. This key role is responsible for driving the profitability of our parts and service business in the Brandt Peterbilt locations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan to drive growth and profitability in the Transportation Support business.
  • Oversee the development of support capabilities and strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to resolve customer support issues and ensure seamless execution of business plans.
  • Identify market trends and lead new product launches to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Manage PIPs (Product Improvement Plans) and ensure timely completion reports to branches.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including factories and suppliers.
  • Provide leadership and direction to the Transportation Support team to achieve business objectives.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience in Transportation dealer business practices, ideally including Paccar dealerships.
  • Strong understanding of customer support processes and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of business policies and procedures, including those of our Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth and profitability.
