Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at MBMR AUTO SERVICE INC.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office. This includes tasks such as scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and preparing correspondence.
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service to our clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Access.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure.

Language:

The primary language of work is English.
