Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of 5-10 food service staff, including cooks, food service counter attendants, and kitchen and food service helpers.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supply needs for meal preparation.
- Hire and manage food service staff.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints and concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. As a Shift Manager, you will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel. You will also be required to work in a combination of sitting and standing positions.
