Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager/Advisor. This role is a unique opportunity to lead and coach a team of sales professionals, deliver exceptional client experiences, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional client experiences.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Provide professional advice and education to clients on complex credit and investment needs.
  • Collaborate with market-leading professionals to deliver customized advice and solutions.
  • Model and coach team members on client advice and education, problem resolution, and digital enablement.
  • Partner with management to ensure operational effectiveness and maximize team performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a relationship management role within the financial industry.
  • Experience in a coaching/leadership role or as a mentor to sales professionals.
  • Mutual Funds accreditation and at least 2 years of licensed mutual fund sales experience.
  • Completion of a mutual fund branch management exam or ability to write the exam within 4 months.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering/coaching advice to clients resulting in strong client relationships and sales results.
