Product Demonstrator

About the Role:
As an In-Store Product Sampler for Brand Momentum, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences in our retail locations. This part-time, hourly position requires strong communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to effectively promote products and engage with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and conduct in-store sampling events to highlight featured products.
- Actively engage with customers, providing product information and encouraging purchases.
- Understand the brands and products to communicate their benefits effectively.
- Setup and cleanup of product displays and follow food safety protocols.
- Direct interested customers to the correct aisles for purchases.
- Familiarize yourself with company and store guidelines to ensure demonstrations meet safety standards.
Requirements:
- Must have access to a personal vehicle.
- Must have a Food Handler certificate.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Sales-driven with a proactive approach to promoting products.
- Positive, Energetic, Lively and Charismatic.
- Previous retail, promotions, or customer service experience is preferred (training provided).
- Previous hands-on experience in brand marketing and customer engagement would be an asset.
Work Environment:
In-store work during peak shopping hours (evenings and weekends). Branded uniforms will be provided. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
