Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Product Manager to oversee the development of our products, ensuring they meet business needs and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute product strategies to achieve business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch products.
  3. Define and prioritize product roadmaps to meet customer needs and market trends.
  4. Maintain product backlogs and ensure prioritization of epics based on business needs and functional dependencies.
  5. Work closely with delivery managers and product owners to plan product delivery and guide the team as needed.
  6. Lead product demonstrations for internal and external audiences.
  7. Anticipate changing business needs and recommend changes to the business team.
  8. Monitor the market and develop competitive analyses to deliver continuous improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of previous experience in a product development or management role.
  • Proven ability to complete and deliver projects and initiatives successfully.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to creatively solve problems.
  • Technical knowledge with experience in software development or solution design.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create buy-in and lead teams without direct authority.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/initiatives simultaneously.
  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Knowledge of BRD tools like JIRA, Confluence, or other similar tools.
  • Experience in Payment processing space.
  • Familiarity with Cloud technologies such as AWS and GCP.

Work Environment:

This role operates in a professional office environment, and the employee routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptop computers, photocopiers, and smartphones.
