Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Supply Chain Planning Specialist to join our team in Mississauga, Ontario. This is a key role in delivering projects based on business requirements, translating them into solutions specifications, and communicating across all levels of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-create the future of Supply Chain Planning based on a cloud solution from OMP in accordance with the multi-year roadmap.
  • Implement business requirements to ensure high-quality user experiences and planning results on a consistent and supportable global platform.
  • Earn alignment between the business SMEs, Planning & Integration Product Line, and Global Template teams.
  • Work closely with the business SMEs, other IT peers, and the vendor to deliver new solutions and enhancements to existing functionality.
  • Establish/extend interfaces between OMP and connected systems, like S/4 or ECC ERP systems, where applicable.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of relevant IT experience.
  • OMP hands-on experience gained through implementation projects (customer layer). OMP Certification is an asset.
  • Ability to write OAL code.
  • Strong willingness and ability to upskill own and team capabilities.
  • Strong knowledge of both business and technology regarding supply chain planning solutions.
  • Ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive manner, with experience working with multiple teams across a matrixed organization.
  • Project management experience, including management of full lifecycle implementations for major third-party application implementation.
  • Experience with system validation process, including documentation and testing of validated systems.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year
