This role as a Senior Supply Chain Planning Solutions Architect is a key part of our team in Mississauga, Ontario, where we employ over 850 employees. We have a bright, vibrant office space that fosters collaboration and teamwork, and is reflective of our truly innovative culture.

In this role, you'll play a crucial part in delivering projects based on business requirements. You'll translate business needs into solutions specifications and communicate effectively across all levels of the business from a technical perspective to business users.

The opportunity:

  • Co-create the future of Supply Chain Planning based on a cloud solution from OMP, in accordance with our multi-year roadmap.
  • Implement business requirements to ensure high-quality user experiences and planning results on a consistent and supportable global platform.
  • Ensure alignment between the business SME's, Planning & Integration Product Line, and Global Template teams.
  • Work closely with business SME's, other IT peers, and the vendor to deliver new solutions and enhancements to existing functionality.
  • Establish/extend interfaces between OMP and connected systems, like S/4 or ECC ERP systems, where applicable.

You are:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree with 5-7 years of relevant IT experience
  • OMP hands-on experience (direct configuration) gained through implementation projects (customer layer). OMP Certification (e.g User Engagement, OPAL) is an asset.
  • Ability to write OAL code.
  • Strong willingness and ability to upskill own and team (mentoring skills) OMP capabilities
  • Strong knowledge of both business and technology regarding supply chain planning solutions.
  • Ability to communicate ideas and data both verbally and written in a persuasive manner and experience working with multiple teams across a matrixed organization to implement solutions.
  • Ability to set priorities, develop workflow processes, and manage business and provider relationships.
  • Project management experience, including management of full lifecycle implementations for major third-party application implementation.
  • Experience with the system validation process, including documentation and testing of validated systems.

**Salary:** $120,000 - $150,000 per year
