We are seeking a highly skilled Data Lead - Omni-Channel Solutions to join our team and contribute to our mission of improving patient health.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, onboarding, and managing Non-Personal Promotional marketing data to support our organization's data needs across various critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Sourcing & Acquisition:
    • Identify, evaluate, and acquire external sources of non-personal marketing data, including campaign performance data, media spend, engagement metrics, and competitive benchmarks.
    • Build and maintain relationships with third-party data providers to ensure access to high-quality, reliable marketing data.
    • Partner with broader teams to identify data needs and develop delivery plans.
    • Conduct due diligence on data quality and reliability.
  • Data Onboarding:
    • Lead the onboarding process for newly sourced data, ensuring seamless integration into internal systems.
    • Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to develop and maintain data pipelines for consistent data flow.
    • Ensure data is properly formatted, validated, and transformed for use in marketing analytics and reporting.
    • Partner with IT teams in onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new data sources into the organization's data infrastructure.
    • Provide guidance on cleaning, standardizing, and transforming data to meet specific requirements.
    • Create and maintain data dictionaries and metadata.
  • Data Management & Governance:
    • Oversee the storage, organization, and accessibility of promotional marketing data in compliance with internal governance standards.
    • Develop and enforce data quality standards, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
    • Monitor and troubleshoot data issues, implementing corrective measures when necessary.
    • Provide guidance on source, quality, context, and usage of data based on business requirements/use cases.
    • Clearly communicate any data issues with stakeholders.
  • Reporting & Automation:
    • Provide periodic updates on the data status.
    • Maintain a schedule for data delivery and loading.
    • Identify opportunities to process automation and improved efficiency.
    • Stay informed on the latest trends and technologies in marketing data management, advising the organization on potential improvements.
