Job Title: Senior Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to join our team in Vancouver. As a Senior Data Scientist, you will play a key role in enabling third-party integrations and developing enhanced functionality for our suite of productivity tools.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in natural language processing and machine learning, with a PhD or equivalent blend of a Master's and experience. You will be responsible for providing mentorship to a small team of data and machine learning engineers and developing end-to-end training models for our product.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement machine learning models to improve the accuracy and efficiency of our productivity tools
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior data scientists and engineers
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and natural language processing
Requirements
  • PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in natural language processing and machine learning
  • Strong coding skills in Python
  • Background in research and product development
