Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Flying Parcel Services Inc. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone calls and relay messages
  • Answer electronic enquiries
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations
  • Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents
  • Perform data entry
  • Maintain work records and logs

Requirements:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work independently
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Reliability
  • Time management
