Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Church's Chicken. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and operations, with the ability to allocate resources, establish objectives, and formulate policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.

Requirements:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in sales and operations.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Organized and team player.

Work Environment:

  • Fast-paced environment.
  • 35 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language.
