Job Title: Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead to join our team at Quesada Burritos & Tacos. As a Food Service Supervisor - Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports

Requirements:

  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
