Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Alberta Ltd. O/A Pizza Hut Olds. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and quality of food and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Supervision: Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure that all customers receive excellent service.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 hours per week.
