Gia Foods Ltd is a dynamic and growing company seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team.
Key Responsibilities- Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal efficiency and productivity.
- Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Regional Coordination: Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments, promoting effective communication and goal alignment.
- Organizational Objectives: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs, driving business growth and success.
- Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, maintaining a professional and diplomatic image.
- Team Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegating necessary authority and creating optimum working conditions to foster innovation and excellence.
- Work Pressure: Work under pressure, managing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity and quality.
- Tight Deadlines: Meet tight deadlines, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively to ensure timely completion.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.
- Communication: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, effectively conveying ideas and information to various stakeholders.
- Flexibility: Demonstrate flexibility, adapting to changing circumstances and priorities while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
- Organizational Skills: Exhibit strong organizational skills, managing multiple tasks and projects while ensuring timely completion and high quality.

- Experience: Possess 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field, with a proven track record of success and achievement.
