We are seeking a highly skilled SAS Campaign Analyst to join our team in Toronto. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading employer in the local market.

As a SAS Campaign Analyst, you will be responsible for interfacing directly with clients, analyzing business requirements, and recommending solutions through functional requirements documents.

You will support the project manager in delivering projects on budget and on time, including requirements gathering, system gap analysis, training delivery, test plan preparation, data migration strategy design, issue management, and risk management.

In addition, you will configure CRM to meet customer requirements, working closely with the client to deliver a configured solution. You will also prepare specification documents for CRM Development staff to customize solutions for specific needs.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong client focus and proven consulting experience. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of business experience in CRM and 3+ years of mid-range CRM implementation experience on multiple client sites.

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, critical for documentation of requirements, liaising with development staff, and training clients.

The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 and $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
