We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Strueby Plumbing & Heating Ltd. as an Administrative Assistant. This is a permanent position, working 20 to 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to our team, including opening and distributing mail and other materials.
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operations.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, and manage calendars.
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
- Computer and Technology Skills
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
- Experience with Quick Books is an asset.
