About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Strueby Plumbing & Heating Ltd. as an Administrative Assistant. This is a permanent position, working 20 to 40 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team, including opening and distributing mail and other materials.
    • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operations.
    • Schedule and confirm appointments, and manage calendars.
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries.
    • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
    • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Computer and Technology Skills
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
    • Experience with Quick Books is an asset.
