Energy Systems Engineering Discipline Lead
We're seeking a talented Energy Systems Engineering Discipline Lead to join our team at J.L. Richards & Associates Limited. As a key member of our Energy Systems Engineering Discipline, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring junior energy engineering team members in building energy modelling and design. Your expertise in energy systems, renewable energy systems, and consulting engineering will be invaluable in guiding our clients towards sustainable solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Support the growth of the Energy Systems Engineering team through external initiatives and internal initiatives.
- Act as energy engineering discipline lead on multidisciplinary projects, including zero-carbon building design and deep-energy building retrofit projects.
- Lead and mentor junior energy engineering team members in building energy modelling and design.
- Perform peer review of building energy projects.
- Represent J.L. Richards & Associates Limited and the Energy Systems Engineering Discipline in working with clients to guide, support, and develop project solutions.
