Job Title: General Store Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Store Manager to join our team at NAILS BY PHONG LTD.

Job Summary:

The General Store Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our retail store, including daily operations, staff supervision, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration, retail operations, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Daily Operations: Direct and control daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and cash handling.
  • Supervise Staff: Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, including assigning duties, conducting performance reviews, and providing training and development opportunities.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Merchandise and Services: Determine merchandise and services to be sold, implement price and credit policies, and plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
  • Human Resource Planning: Develop and implement human resource plans, including recruitment, training, and development of staff members.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail operations or a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in electronic scheduler, inventory control software, and electronic mail.
Working Conditions:

The General Store Manager will work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.
