Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Store Manager to join our team at NAILS BY PHONG LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Management
    • Direct and control daily store operations to ensure efficient and effective management of resources.
    • Evaluate daily store operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
    • Plan and organize daily store operations to meet business objectives.
  • Staff Management
    • Manage and supervise a team of staff members, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
    • Assign duties and responsibilities to staff members to ensure effective use of resources.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management
    • Manage store finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
    • Monitor and control store expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in a retail management role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
    • Proficiency in inventory management software and electronic scheduling systems.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is essential.
