We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Store Manager to join our team at NAILS BY PHONG LTD.

Job Summary:

The General Store Manager will be responsible for the overall management of our store, including daily operations, staff supervision, and customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration and management, with experience in retail operations and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and control daily store operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and sales growth.
  • Supervise and manage a team of staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Plan and organize daily store operations, including inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Manage store budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and promotions to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff, ensuring continuous improvement and development.
  • Oversee payroll administration, including staff scheduling and time management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including health and safety, and customer service standards.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in retail operations and management.
  • Strong background in business administration and management.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
