Job Title: Tow Truck Dispatcher

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tow Truck Dispatcher to join our team at Auto Rescue Limited. As a Tow Truck Dispatcher, you will be responsible for coordinating the dispatch of tow trucks to various locations, ensuring timely and efficient service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch tow trucks to locations as required
  • Coordinate with tow truck operators to ensure timely arrival and departure
  • Monitor and track tow truck locations and status
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in dispatching or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of dispatch management software
