Job Description

As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in assisting the Director of Construction in managing high-rise and hospitality projects primarily in the Niagara region. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is capable of handling multiple tasks and ensuring the successful completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage high-rise and hospitality projects with precision and attention to detail.
  • Support the Director of Construction with project planning, scheduling, and execution, ensuring seamless project delivery.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget, maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and track progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Foster open communication and ensure all parties are informed of project status, promoting a culture of transparency and accountability.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in the construction industry, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and go-getter attitude.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Compensation:

$75K-$95K plus package
