About Our Client: A renowned residential developer specializing in high-rise buildings, committed to excellence in design, construction, and customer satisfaction.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with extensive knowledge of high-rise construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing high-rise projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on high-rise construction.
  • Proven track record of managing high-rise projects (40+ storeys) from start to finish.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Procore).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
