Job Description: Senior Project Coordinator

This exciting opportunity requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple tasks and ensure the successful completion of projects. As a Senior Project Coordinator, you will assist the Director of Construction in managing high-rise and hospitality projects primarily in the Niagara region.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the coordination and management of high-rise and hospitality projects.
  • Support the Director of Construction with project planning, scheduling, and execution.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders including contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Maintain project documentation and track progress.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
  • Facilitate communication and ensure all parties are informed of project status.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project coordination, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
  • A proactive and go-getter attitude.
Compensation Package

The salary for this role is estimated to be between $75,000 and $95,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
