Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet patients and visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Manage patient records, schedule appointments, and maintain accurate and up-to-date files.
- Communication: Relay information to patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Switchboard Operations: Operate the switchboard, answer phone calls, and transfer calls to the appropriate staff member.
- Ordering and Inventory: Order office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure that the front desk area is well-stocked and organized.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions, appointments, and other relevant information.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Work Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
