Tophat Billiards is seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of food service staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
  • Food and Service Quality: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, address customer complaints or concerns, and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, address customer complaints or concerns, and ensure that customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
