We are seeking an experienced Actuarial Analyst to join our Commercial Insurance Pricing team. As an Actuarial Analyst, you will play a key role in analyzing and developing actuarial models to support commercial insurance pricing decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain actuarial models to analyze and predict commercial insurance pricing trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights to inform commercial insurance pricing decisions.
- Analyze and interpret complex data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Communicate actuarial concepts and recommendations to stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Develop and maintain reports and presentations to support commercial insurance pricing decisions.
- University degree in a quantitative field, such as Actuarial Sciences, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Completion of a minimum of 3 CAS/SOA exams.
- 1-2 years of P&C actuarial experience, with a focus on commercial insurance pricing.
- Strong programming skills, including SAS, Python, R, or Excel VBA.
- Strong Excel skills and efficient use of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Able to perform well in a busy operation and remain calm under pressure.
